🧠 Why does this work?
Oil and water do not mix well. Water tends to stick to itself very well (this is called surface tension). When you spread the oil around the page, you’re creating a slick surface that’s perfect for water to slide around on!✏️ Supplies: - Blank paper - Sheet protector - Oil (most should work, we used vegetable oil) - Water and food coloring - Markers - Dropper - Wooden skewer or toothpick - Paper towels
